Hi Brian, you have a famous Irish name. So you come from good stock! You asked for suggestions. We'll, many many, mons ago, when I was in my teens. I went for a job in Dublin, a car salesman, and interviewed by two guys. I later found out, one, was the Ower, Sean McGinty, and his son. They asked me a few simple questions, and I began until, Sean, interrupted me and said let's have coffee. During the coffee break, Sean put his hand on my shoulder and said gently, "I'm sorry to say, we won't be hiring you. And I want to give a little advise, to take away, because, your still young lad. You unfortunately have two major problems. One you speak to fast. Two, you ramble on to much, and the other, I recommend you get elocution lessons. I hardly understood a word you said. Now, what sport to you play?" I learned more from that man in one hour, who unfortunately has passed way, than I did the previous 19.
